Autoglot provides a service for automatic (meaning machine-generated) translation of WordPress websites and blogs. It is fully automated, SEO compatible, and very simple to integrate.
I used to hire freelance translators for my website translation and localization, and of course, that was a PIA. Luckily, there is a WordPress world with its plugins and custom apps.
I started with Transposh - this is a free plugin for wordpress translation. Unfortunately, could not find it on Product Hunt 4.0 platform. This plugin is still functioning and provide translation for free. However, the quality of translation is low, and you need to open each page manually in order for translation to happen. Otherwise, all search engine will see an original (English in my case) text. I think this is because translation happens on my computer, not the server.
Now I switched to Autoglot. This is a great option for WordPress translation and - important! - localization. The quality is awesome, but in addition to some basic translation features, Autoglot adds all required language tags, adds URLs to sitemaps, translates meta tags, etc.
On the other hand, Autoglot is not a free solution. They offer initial balance like 1000 words to start, but then you need to pay for translation process. Let's be honest, the price is moderate but of course, I wish it was free. Anyway, this is a great product for automatic translation!

Regarding our pricing, we are using the best machine translation solutions that do not deliver their services for free. This is why we have to charge our users, too.
Anyway, our prices start from $0.001 per word! This is at least 100 times cheaper than professional translators. And at the same, Autoglot provides additional localization services - you mentioned them in your comment, thank you!
