I ordered an Aura band directly from their website. When I realized the product didn't provide most of the functionality advertised I attempted to return it. After weeks of emailing and trying to receive the return instructions it took me filing a complaint with my credit card to even hear back from their Customer Support team. I would absolutely not trust this company with either their product or maintaining a level of service.
