Launching today
An enterprise prospect asked for your SOC 2 report. Now what? AuditBadger helps technical founders get SOC 2 and ISO 27001 ready without consultants. AI drafts policies tailored to your actual tech stack, you track controls, collect evidence, and walk into the audit knowing your own system. We ate our own cooking: AuditBadger passed its own SOC 2 Type II audit using nothing but the product itself. Flat $250/month, no per-user fees, no sales call. Sign up and start today.

@mlitwiniuk How do you feel about using AI in compliance, is that a good idea when it comes to data privacy etc? Does your AI subprocesors store and use user queries for AI model training?
@regg Great question, and honestly the right one to ask any compliance vendor waving the AI flag.
Short answer on training: no. We use Claude via its API tier, where customer data is contractually excluded from model training. They're listed as subprocessors in our DPA, which you can check yourself - we'd be a strange compliance company if our own subprocessor list didn't hold up to scrutiny 😄
On the broader "is AI in compliance a good idea" - my honest take: AI drafting, human owning. Every AI action in AuditBadger requires explicit user confirmation and lands in the audit trail. No silent changes, no black box. The AI's job is to save you from staring at a blank policy template, not to be trusted blindly - if anything, compliance is the one domain where "the AI did it" is never an acceptable answer to an auditor.
And since we passed our own SOC 2 Type II with the product, our auditor already asked us a version of your question. We had to answer it with evidence, not marketing.
@mlitwiniuk how quickly @AuditBadger could take me through SOC2, so I could be ready for audit ? And also , while using AI i still need to add input. How much of my work is needed , so the system actually help me with everything?
Speed: most required policies ~2 hours after onboarding (they take time to properly generate). I took AuditBadger through its own audit prep in under 2 weeks using just the product - and that was 9 months ago, before the integrations and tooling we've since added to speed things up. With a few focused hours a day, audit-ready within a week is realistic.
Your input: honest answer - the AI drafts, you decide. Your work is answering the onboarding questionnaire well (better answers = better policies), reviewing the drafts, and connecting integrations so evidence collects itself. Hours of reviewing, not weeks of writing.

Had a call with @mlitwiniuk and loved the product demo. Seriously considering them because they are one of the cheapest + best GRC platforms we've seen so far. 🥳
Good Luck on the Launch! 🤞
Thanks @chamaru , that was a fun call! Though I have to push back on one thing: "cheapest" makes it sound like I planned the pricing strategically, when really I just picked the number I would have been willing to pay back when I was on your side of the demo 😄
Genuinely glad the product clicked. Whatever you end up choosing, you know where to find me - and thanks for taking the time to drop by here today, it means a lot.
