Technical founder of AuditBadger - SOC 2 and ISO 27001 for founders who'd rather understand compliance than outsource it. The origin story: I ran a software consultancy for 14 years. In 2019 we went through ISO 27001 and I hated every minute of it - consultants, spreadsheets, documents nobody read. So after selling the company, I built the tool I wished I had. Then I tested it the only honest way: AuditBadger passed its own SOC 2 Type II audit using nothing but itself. No consultants. I also got certified as an ISO 27001 Internal Auditor, so when the product gets something wrong, I can't even blame ignorance. Bootstrapped, EU-based, dogfooding everything. Ask me the uncomfortable compliance questions - those are my favorite.
