Attenditai is a comprehensive attendance tracking and check-in software designed for various industries including education, healthcare, and events. It offers features like QR code scanning, geofencing, and kiosk mode to ensure accurate and audit-ready attendance records. Users can import rosters, capture signatures, and export data seamlessly, making it ideal for organizations needing reliable attendance verification.

@yuvaneet_yuvraj11 - Love the idea of @Attenditai , would be great if you could link this to online sessions with tools like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google, etc though plugins. Is this something you are planning?
@codeandsea Thanks for your comment, Brent!
I've seen users presenting a QR code on live sessions for attendees to check-in, or sharing the public check-in link in advance before the online session begins.
I haven't thought of launching an integration for Zoom marketplace as it doesn't help with the user flow, but I could totally see it as a distribution channel.
The QR code check-in works pretty smoothly and the kiosk mode is a nice touch for events, though honestly the geofencing setup took me a minute to figure out.
@kriyes0sx Thanks for your comment, Şükriye
I agree, with the geo-fencing option hidden deep inside the sheets settings page, it might take some time for the admin to find it out.
Thanks for trying it out!!
The geofencing combined with QR fallback is a smart move for schools where wifi can be flaky, and having the signature capture baked right in saves a ton of admin headache.
@cembjji Thanks for the comment, Cem.
That's a really good observation! thanks for trying it out.
the geofencing plus kiosk combo is honestly really well thought out, especially for schools juggling hybrid setups. glad someone finally built something that nails the audit trail without making it a headache to actually use day to day.
@elifnurkklyhfl Thanks for checking it out, Elifnur.
The whole premise is to get access to attendance data in no time, for grants, and compliance.
