Hey Product Hunt 👋 I’m Jimmy, the maker of Atomic Reflection.
I built it because I could write down what happened, understand my reaction afterward, and still repeat the same pattern when a similar situation came back.
The Fear–Desire idea was inspired by a Chinese creator I follow, 自己造船的路飞. I kept thinking about how that idea could become something you actually practice, rather than just understand.
I wanted something less like a place to store thoughts, and more like a way to notice those patterns earlier.
It’s not meant to tell you what to do, but to help you recognize what’s pulling you before it becomes another repeated reaction.
