**What inspired me to build Assetify?** I built Assetify because I noticed that money can become one of the most difficult things for couples to manage together—not necessarily because they don’t earn enough, but because it can be difficult to keep track of the everyday spending, contributions, and shared financial responsibilities. Couples often use spreadsheets, notes, banking apps, or simply try to remember who paid for what. Over time, small expenses can add up, and it can become surprisingly difficult to see the full picture. I wanted to build something simple that gives couples one shared place to track their daily spending and contributions, understand where their money is going, and stay on the same page financially. That’s how **Assetify** started. It’s still early, and I’m building it with real couples in mind.
