I’m Dmity, the founder of Ask AI.

The idea for this actually came from my own frustration. I realized I was constantly using ChatGPT to figure out Webflow or set up Google Analytics because it was just easier than digging through traditional documentation.

But, switching tabs was annoying, and I often worried the AI was hallucinating and I can't see the full docs.


So, we built Ask AI to solve exactly that. It’s a simple but powerful assistant designed specifically for technical and complex products. It sits right in your docs to help users find answers, accurate code snippets, and instructions instantly.

What happens when AI cannot answer the question because it is too specific? Will you be linked to some human?

@busmark_w_nika It's not a support agent, it's an Ask agent just like ChatGPT.. so if you ask question and if it's anywhere in the documentation or any other resources they provided, it'll answer. but if it's not, just like chatGPT it won't answer and probably output as not having the answer. ( basically it reduces the support queries, not provide it ).

@busmark_w_nika Yes, once the customer asks to connect with a human agent or the AI agent doesn't know the answer, it suggests connecting with human support. It might be just an email or a button popping up a chat window
