Why we built this
Last year, I spent over €5,000 on legal review for contracts that mostly came back with "looks fine, maybe change clause 7." Meanwhile, a friend got burned by an NDA with a non-compete buried in section 12 - cost him 6 months and a lost opportunity.
There had to be a better way for founders and small businesses to catch legal issues without dropping thousands on every contract.
