This is a great idea for BD folks as well! Seems like it makes the process of identifying people you'd like to work with more personal and informed vs. simply opportunistic.
@natemodi bingo :) I am a big believer in research informing the strategic formation of relationships and partnerships. When you have to target someone like in BD you have one chance of getting it right. I also find that timing is really important, thus the storing of information on people. Just because you find someone, it doesn't mean it is the right time to reach out.
