Archbee is a very good documentation software that I have been using for about two years now. I think it's more like a deluxe version of Gitbook, perfect for developers or writers. You can use it to present your work in a systematic way.
Also, Dragos is one of the most responsive founder I've ever met.
I highly recommend archbee!

Archbee is one of those rare products that comes along every few years and rocks your world! Move aside madcap flare, paligo, and Gitbook.. there's a new kid on the block.

Using archbee for our company wiki and it allows us to collaborate efficiently and update content in seconds while being fully embeddable in our site.

I love Archbee. I am a user from the beginning and yes, it was not the best editor then. But over time it got better and better and now I am using it to document our dev's stuff. Recently started to use the public API documentation. Excited to see the new features. I can highly recommend this tool and it helps me with collab in the dev team!

My team have been customers for a few months now. We love Archbee, and rely on it every day for all kinds of internal docs - server documentation, induction, sales call notes, special pricing, reusable marketing snippets, customer onboarding todos...
Originally we tried adopted it for product docs for customers. But then we realised it was a great solution to replace our internal docs as well. Specifically we replaced our internal wiki, Simplenote shared notes, and a directory of shared markdown files, with Archbee.
It's very intuitive, as demonstrated by the fact everyone in our team of 5 came to use it voluntarily, without any training or intro at all.
