Congrats on the launch of Arc 3.0! Love that job seekers can set their own rates and chat directly with hiring managers. This kind of flexibility and direct connection is exactly what we need. Congrats @weitingliu and team! Cool to see that arc just got beefier with AI. I gotta say I've seen quite a few AI related job matching platforms start to pop up - what's makes arc's AI system special? I assume it's the vast network you've already built?! And it's so cool that you've aligned arc's interest with the recruiters with the $0 paid until hired model. Very cool!
