RawSpace is an anonymous community built around one idea: other people feel this too, and you’re not alone. Unlike traditional social platforms, RawSpace removes follower counts, popularity metrics, and public reaction counts to reduce comparison and pressure. People can anonymously share experiences, discover relatable stories, and feel understood. An AI safety layer checks posts before publishing and blocks abusive, harmful, or self-harm-related content, helping keep the community safe online.
Honestly, RawSpace started with a pretty simple thought: how often do we go through something and think, “am I the only one who feels like this?”
We wanted to build a place where people could share those thoughts without having to worry about their identity, likes, followers, or being judged. At first, we thought of it more like a normal community app, but the more we worked on it, the more we realised that the usual social media mechanics were actually part of the problem.
So we removed a lot of them. No follower counts. No public reaction numbers. Just experiences and reactions that say, “I get it.”
We also knew anonymity can easily become unsafe, so we built an AI safety layer to check posts before they go live and keep abusive, harmful, and self-harm content out.
It’s still early, and honestly, we’re figuring things out as we go. But the goal is simple: create a space where someone can read a stranger’s experience and think, “okay… maybe I’m not alone after all.”
Would love to hear what you think especially what would make a space like this feel genuinely safe and useful to you.

It's a softer space for people to feel safe to share their experiences and relate to each other.

Super excited to share RawSpace with you all today. We built this because standard social media often feels like a popularity contest, leaving people hesitant to share how they actually feel.
RawSpace strips away likes, followers, and public counts so you can anonymously post your thoughts and realize you're not alone. Hope you check it out and find it helpful!

RawSpace is such an interesting take on online communities. I really like the focus on creating judgment-free spaces where people can express themselves, find others with similar experiences, and learn from people who have already walked that path.
