Aonami - The Control Tower for Enterprise Automation. We offer a single unified platform, specialised for banking and healthcare. To run all SaaS tools, manage manual operations, and build business processes from a unified platform.
Having been a part of fintech and banking ecosystem, and seeing all the hype around reducing time to market, building cool things etc. It made me wonder that banking an industry so big, is so far away from being a part of this wave. Leave adopting AI, they are not even automated in a lot of cases. This is my team's shot at solving it and becoming the one platform for your whole lifecycle and the only one you log into at office. We are super excited for the days ahead and the traction we have gained.
This is exactly what complex industries have been looking for. How secure is the platform when it comes to handling sensitive healthcare and financial data?
@sadie_scott Hey Sadie, Hope you're well. Thank you for the question, when it comes to security we usually take an on-premise deployment first approach. Having said that even in SaaS model, we have 5 layer security setup making it close to impossible to even clear 3 layers.

Having a unified platform for banking and healthcare operations is fantastic. How does Aonami tackle compliance heavy workflows in sectors like finance?
@daniel_reed3 Hey Daniel, hope you’re well. Great question! We enable the same by using our inbuilt decision engine tuned to a country’s regulations. Any discrepancy or anomaly triggers an operation task and an alert for a bank personnel to look at. Everything running through our systems is logged and end of day reports are generated and emailed to stakeholders for any proactive assessments.

I love the idea of a unified control tower. Is the platform flexible enough to adapt to the different workflows in banking compared to healthcare?
@emily_hernandez3 Hey Emily, hope you’re well. Thank you for the interest, yes our platform is built to support workflows at scale agnostic of the industry. But we believe generalised solutions solving automation can never truly unleash and solve deep problems and win confidence of industry veterans.
Hence we are continuously building industry specific templates across the value chain upto an extent they are standardisable. And our implementation team assists in building the non standardised elements as per client requirements, which usually stands around 10% of the whole prebuilt workflow.

@emma_campbell3 Hey Emma, thank you for your query. And a great question, we provide prebuilt templates, and assistance with any customisations required over and above. Standardisation across the value chain is a continuous process, which can be understood upon implementation and pain point identifications. Having said that team is working to make this possible very very soon, and exactly the reason for sticking to two industries we feel we can add the most value to. It is not very feasible to aim for a product like this across industries.
