Anyway transforms reading into an adventure where you and your child make choices that reshape the story. Every decision leads to a unique ending and a tailored moral lesson. Active learning, zero boredom.

Hello Product Hunt! 👋
I’m Stefano, the creator of Anyway.
The inspiration for Anyway didn’t come from market research, it came from my exhausted friends. Over dinner, I kept hearing the same specific complaint from parents: they were bored out of their minds reading the same three stories for the 400th night in a row. Even worse, they felt guilty for being bored at storytime, or they struggled to invent fresh tales from scratch after a long day at work.
They wanted to bond with their kids, but the content had become stale.
We built Anyway to fix the boredom without losing the magic. It is a Mobile app for interactive storytelling where the narrative isn't static. As you read aloud, you and your child are presented with decision points. Do you open the mysterious door? Do you share your food with the stray dog?
How it works:
Branching Narratives: The story evolves based on your input. You can read the "same" story three times and get three different adventures.
Cause & Effect: We didn't just want entertainment; we wanted value. The ending and the moral lesson delivered at the finale changes based on the actions the child chose.
Parent Relief: We provide the creativity, so you can focus on the performance.
Appropriate Design: We're all professionals in our respective fields (Engineering/Design) and we really made sure that the app performs well and looks amazing.
We've already launched our app a few weeks ago specifically for parents and children, though we have plans to expand our interactive engine to other audiences in the future.
An iOS application is also coming very soon, we're aiming for a March release. A web application is also on the way where we would like to enable our users to write stories as well. All coming very soon in the upcoming months.
I would love for you to try a story tonight. I am particularly interested to hear if the "morals" sparked any interesting conversations with your little ones.
I’ll be hanging out in the comments all day to answer your questions!
Cheers, Stefano
