@jackson_wells we spent 2 years building Anyone and a part of that was building a scalable infrastructure that handles that. We have of over 300 million property data collected so far and in a week or two we start enriching our flows with that data.
For example when you are ready to place an offer, we can suggest a price range based on historic and real time market data. Or when you want to list a house, we can pre-fill most information, generate a neat description with AI and so on…
We collected the data we needed, then built the product on top of that.
