What do you think? …

Reza Sardeha
Proudly introducing you to Anyone.com. A brand new platform where you can handle your entire home journey in a modern way.
Nicholas Anderson

This is such a powerful tool real estate often feels so gated and fragmented. I love the focus on transparency.

Can users set alerts for new listings in specific international areas?

Reza Sardeha

@nicholas_anderson0 Transparency is key! Buyers and sellers are currently completely left out of transactions.

The customer journey of buyers is completely broken. Making an offer happens via a phone call (if you’re lucky someone picks up or takes you seriously). Planning a viewing again starts with sending an email that will or will not get replied to or again a phone call…

As a home owner that sells its property you rely solely on what your agent tells you. It’s a bad experience and not one we expect in 2025 :).

Setting alerts we call “Saved search”. Anyone is really handy for when you want to move abroad or buy a holiday home. Connect and match with the right local agent and handle the entire journey digitally!

With access to millions of agents how do you keep scams or low quality agents from showing up in search results? Is there a rating or review system in place?

Reza Sardeha

@samuel_kahlo Great question! Only agents that have successfully transacted are in our database of which most licensed.

We’re implementing a post transaction review system (like Uber, where you leave a review after the ride) and our algorithm take this into account as well. The reviews will be made public on the agent’s profile as well.

Do note that buyer/seller agents operate highly locally. So the total number seems very high but the average city had relatively low number of active agents assisting with transactions.

Jesus Porter

Does anyone integrate with local MLS systems or is your data collected through a different approach?

Reza Sardeha

@jesus_porter We collect our data ourselves and work with a third party provider but do not work with MLS's (yet).

Woody Robles

It’s no small task to make 31 million listings and 4.6 million agents accessible worldwide. How do you navigate the differences in real estate practices and laws across various countries?

Reza Sardeha

@woody_robles the beauty of our model is that we made the transaction experts (real estate agents with local transaction experience) central actors of the platform.

By doing this, you always get sage guidance regardless of where you’re buying or selling a property. All listings require a listing agent to guide the transaction for both buyers and sellers.

However, buyers and buy without a buyer agent if they wish even though we do not advise that. Buyer agents save you money and headaches 😂
