What do you think? …

Can Olcer
How did you do that? This seems like a hacky workaround. Not nice, and I am sure Quora will block this soon if it's a workaround. If not, ok.
Zebulon McCorkle
@canolcer It removes the dialog box prompting you to log in. It's a whole 7 lines: https://github.com/ismnoiet/anon...
Can Olcer
@zebmccorkle Yes, that's what I mean. It's not the intended use of the website (as intended by Quora).
Hamza
@zebmccorkle It is no more a 7 line extension, just improved the solution(thanks to a Stackoverflow answer).
Hamza
Quora is an awesome platform, nobody can deny that but when browsing on someone else device, or simply opening a private window a pop up shows up and want to oblige you to login in, in order to see the question and answers, that is not nice. This is why I decided to create this extension and make it public. Hopefully Quora will not block this behaviour, cause it is the right of everybody to browse anonymously without having to log in, if they don't want this they should make it clear and force every Quora user to login before showing them the questions and answers. By the way, if you are not able to install this extension from chrome store, checkout the Github repository(Get it button) for detailed information about how to do it manually. Happy anonymous reading!
Julien Lehuraux
Nice idea but yopmail works great in this case ;)
Hamza
Thank you @jlehuraux, didn't know about yopmail. As i can read from their website, you need yet another email address, emails are deleted after 8 days. At the end of the day each solution has its own audience just pick what works for you.
Jack Smith
@jlehuraux yoptail is totally different. this seems like a much simpler implementation.
Hamza
I've just published an improved version.
Product Pearson
Quora is gonna block this.
Hamza
@theashtube Hopefully they won't cause it is the right of everyone to browse anonymously, otherwise they should force that by requiring login before redirecting to questions pages.
Jack Smith
@productpearson or they wont block it. often companies only block a hack if it gets very popular. seems like an awesome extension for now.
