Anneal: The workout tracker that knows when to deload

Hi Product Hunt, I'm Ben. I'm a regular gym-goer, and every workout tracker I tried was missing features I wanted, so I'm building my own. On a normal training day: start a saved workout, and each set is already filled in with the next weight and reps, based on your last session and the RIR you logged. Tap any number to see why it chose it. After three weeks and eight sessions of history, it also watches for grinding sets, missed reps, workload spikes and low readiness. When one of them fires it suggests a deload week and tells you which signal it saw. Accept, and it lowers the load for the week and builds you back up. Coming from another tracker? It imports Hevy, Strong, Fitbod and JEFIT CSV exports. Logging, full history, deload detection, import and export are free.
