Anja is the engineering system one developer built around Claude Code while shipping a production web app between March and October 2026. It is extracted and cleaned for others to study, use and adapt. Claude Code supplies sub-agents, skills, hooks and memory. Anja adds the discipline between them: who delegates to whom, how sessions share one branch, who reviews what, how a session recovers after a compaction, and how a correction becomes a lesson, a rule, then a guard. Open source, Apache 2.0.
