In fact, the sign-up process is super easy! Just fill out the intake form here: https://patient.anisehealth.co/o... and select "RestorAsian Scholarship" in the section that says "how did you hear about us"

@paul_gorval In terms of timeline, the earlier people apply the better. We are randomly selecting winners each week, so people only need to wait 1 week before they hear back from us. In the meantime, they can schedule their free trial call with a matched provider. This offer ends in November! Winners will have 2 weeks to use the code that we'll share so that they can begin care.
