Andon is a pre-execution trust gate for AI agents. Before an agent hits an API, URL, or payment, Andon returns Approve / Block / Human Review in ~200ms—backed by an auditable evidence chain (no source, no output). Built for agentic payments, procurement, and tool-use workflows where “oops” is too late.
Hi Product Hunt — I’m Vivian. I build infra and spend a lot of time on one question: “Should this action be allowed to execute?”
Agents are moving from talking to doing: calling APIs, creating resources, changing configs, and triggering payments. When something goes wrong, the post-mortem is always the same — the system lacked a deterministic, auditable “gate” before execution.
So we built Andon: a pre-execution trust layer that returns Approve / Block / Human Review in ~200ms, with a verifiable evidence chain.
What makes it different
Deterministic rules engine (no “the model feels like it”)
No Source, No Output — every decision ships with traceable evidence
Risk boundaries + exit-ready controls — high-risk actions are stopped before they happen
Optional LLM explanations — for wording only, never for the decision
Where it’s used
Agentic payments / procurement: “Should money move to this vendor / URL?”
Tool use: “Can the agent call this endpoint with these parameters?”
Ops automation: “Should this workflow create/modify prod resources?”
Would love your feedback
Which actions would you gate first?
What signals/policies matter most in your environment?
Which integrations should we ship next (Stripe, Slack, LangGraph, etc.)?
Happy to answer anything here — if you’re building agent workflows, I’d love to learn what you’re protecting.
