Open-source AI chat for your GTM stack - own the base layer

A chat agent that lives on top of your CRM, calls, and tools over MCP. The base layer is open source and free, so clone it and own it today. Bring in the hosted layers (memory, analytics, coaching) the moment they stop being your job. - Try it: https://chat.ampup.ai - Clone it (OSS): https://github.com/A79-ai/gtm-agentic-chat

Every prospect now asks us the same thing: "Why can't I just build this myself with ChatGPT?"
Our honest answer: you can build the easy part. A chat over your data with a few MCP tools is a weekend, not a roadmap. So we stopped pretending it was a moat and open-sourced it.
π gtm-chat is the free base layer. Clone it, point it at your stack, own it forever.
Here's the thing the demo never shows. The market keeps climbing the stack:
- 2024 was notetakers
- 2025 is agents + MCP β that's where ChatGPT lands you (and where the OSS repo lands you, today)
- 2026 is memory, analytics, and coaching β agents act, then forget. The hard part is everything that stays alive above the chat:
π Connectivity: Salesforce, Gong, HubSpot: auth, field mapping, rate limits, schemas that drift. Not an API call, a job that never ships once.
π§ Memory: agents that remember the deal, the rep, the call.
π Analytics & coaching: AI roleplay on real calls. Voice-AI deep tech your sales team should never have to run.
So build-vs-buy is a false binary. It's build and buy, sequenced: own the open-source base now, let us carry the compounding layers as they arrive.

Interesting launch π
I like the build-and-buy framing. Open-sourcing the base chat layer feels honest because many teams can build a simple MCP chat, but maintaining CRM integrations, memory, analytics, and coaching over time is where the real complexity starts.
Curious: how are you handling schema drift across tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Gong when fields or workflows change?
@prashant_patil14Β Great question Prathant! The enterprise offering of Ampup essentially handles schema unification and de-duping for you. So a meeting event that comes via google-cal, salesforce and gong collapse into a single entity. We found a lot of folks run into issues ensuring:
