Heyya Makers! Super excited to launch Amplifier after many months of hard work! Thanks for hunting us @aleksdahlberg 🙏🏼 💡 What is Amplifier? A virtual event platform designed for networking and reimagined better than real life. Amplifier places attendees into 1:1 speed networking and optimizes who they are connected with. This fast tracks building relevant relationships. Attendees can choose who they talk to by upvoting other attendees. They can see the number of LinkedIn mutual connections and filter by self-selected #hashtags to inform their upvoting. 🔨 The problem we're solving. With the global shift to virtual events, people aren’t getting the opportunity to network and build relationships. This is because relationships are best formed 1:1, yet virtual events default to 1:All. Virtual event tools are seriously limited. They focus on the front half of the event (keynote speaker) then end. The reality is that the core value is when an engaged audience begins networking with each other. ❤️ Why we care I built my career around being a super connector and community builder. I’ve made 1,000+ intros between founders, mentors, & investors. I’ve run hundreds of events in person and online. I’ve led Startup Weekends across New Zealand. I ran Kiwi Landing Pad connecting a community of 5k+ high performance founders around the world. I deeply understand the space and importance of building the right relationships to succeed. We want to help people build these relationships easier.
