I built Amora because I wanted to make relationships more intentional in a fun, lightweight way. Most relationship apps either feel too clinical (like therapy tools) or too superficial. I wanted something that feels like a game, but actually strengthens your connection. Amora uses challenge 'cards' that arrive on a timer — sometimes playful challenges, sometimes deeper prompts, sometimes surprises and much, much more. I am hoping to continue to build the available challenges to keep the app feeling fresh and exciting. I am most proud of overcoming all the challenges faced when building an app. Having come from little programming knowledge to having a fully functioning app is very exciting. While it still has some small bugs I have noticed, these or currently being worked on (Some are already fixed e.g. realtime listener for partner premium while others are slowly being worked on e.g. login authentication persistence). Hopefully, an update will be out in the coming days to resolve these minor issues. I’d love to hear your thoughts — whether you’re in a new relationship or years in, what kind of features would make an app like this something you’d come back to often? What challenges would you like to see? What additional features would you use (mini games like dice rolling, spice level)? Do you think 1-2 challenges a week is reasonable or should it be 3-5?

Congrats on the launch of Amora! I love the idea of making relationships feel more playful while still building deeper connections. Do you see people wanting to customize the frequency of challenges themselves, or do you think keeping it fixed makes it feel more like a game?

@shengkun_ye Thanks for taking interest. I currently have it fixed as part of the premium upgrade means you recieve more challenges. This creates value around the challenges as they are limited. I do wonder if increasing the amount users get through a premium upgrade would increase the percieved value and convert more customers.
