Booking software for mountain restaurants, billed by season

AlpineTable is online booking for restaurants in ski and mountain resorts where they are billed seasonally, like they operate. Guests book in their own language and say if they’re bringing skis or bikes or want the terrace. Owners get text reminders, card guarantees against no-shows, a waitlist and a guest book, and can run it all from WhatsApp. Billing follows the season: pay only for the months you’re open, pause for €5 a month when closed, and never pay per cover. Free to start.

Hi Product Hunt 👋
I'm Pedro. I live seasonally in the French Alps, and AlpineTable started with a question to a restaurant owner in the village: why don't you take bookings online?
The answer stuck with me. Booking tools are built for city restaurants that open all year. Up here, a restaurant closes between seasons, guests arrive by chairlift with skis in hand, and the terrace empties the moment the weather turns. So the phone rings all through the lunch rush, and owners keep paying for software in the months they're shut.
AlpineTable is a booking system built for that:
🏔 Billing that follows the season. Pay for the months you're open, or buy a winter or summer pass. When you close, it pauses for €5 a month, and guests can already book next season. No per-cover fees.
🎿 Bookings that ask mountain questions: skis or bikes to store, a terrace table, a big group.
📱 Text confirmations and reminders in the guest's own language, card guarantees against no-shows, and a waitlist that texts the next guest when a table frees up.
💬 Run it from WhatsApp or Telegram: check today's bookings, update the menu with a voice note, or draft a campaign for your regulars.
I've spent more than 20 years building software for merchants, including at Booking.com, Adyen and Shopify. With AlpineTable I wanted something simple and fair for the restaurants here.
You don't need a restaurant to try it: alpinetable.com/demo lets you try booking as a guest, then tour the owner's dashboard. Restaurants can sign up for free and take bookings straight away.
What I'd love your feedback on:
• If you've worked in a seasonal business, what did your software get wrong?
• Does the seasonal pricing make sense at a glance?
• Book a table in the demo. Is anything confusing?
I'll be here all day answering questions.
