(Syncspider, KonnectzIT, Robomotion & Procesio user here...) Albato is really fast at developing with solid code and few errors. They have become my number one so far and am therefor happy to support them on their path to number becoming players at the top 5. Missing but hopefully soon on roadmap: File Transfer Capability. Hence the 4 stars for pressure. ;-) Can't go wrong with this proactive and professional team behind the brand.

The UI is fast and easy to understand. Their Canvas builder is very nice to use and keeps the overview over things. I like how easy Actions are to combine with LLMs.

What needs improvement

learning curve (12)

I think their "update records and create new one if not present" is overly complicated. It'd be much easier to have one Action instead of having to implement three for finding a record, updating if found and creating a new one if not found.

I'm Ayé. I have been using the platform for about a year or so. It has worked without issue as far as I know. I had little trouble understanding the platform and integrating the webhooks. The UI is pretty easy to navigate. Their updates are regular. They have many integrations available, although I would like more of my personal request implemented but perhaps in time with future developments. Supports responds quickly.
