Android + mac never been the companions and kept users within walled gardens. But you can experience such continuity features breaking barriers which gets you,

  • Android notifications on mac, reply and take actions

  • Sync clipboard across devices

  • Mirror you Android just like an iPhone, but gets better with desktop mode

  • File transfer

  • End-to-End encrypted secure connection

  • See what's playing on your other device and control media

  • Glance at Android's battery

  • Continue browsing

    And many more to come!

You don't need to keep your phone always close, You'll be missing nothing with AirSync. Less distractions, more priority. All done natively, written natively, runs natively to make sure you get the best experience!

Try it out, Keep syncing... Find helpful? Check out AirSync <3

@sameerasw This is very cool! I don't use Android but I know a lot of friends who wanted this feature. Congrats on shipping! :)

Hey congrats on the launch. Was using Join for a couple years, but have been looking for a better alternative. Excited to try. Btw, I joined the google play beta but I'm getting the error "We're sorry, the requested URL was not found on this server." when trying to install the android app. Can you please help

Sameera Wijerathna
@nithin_jawahar Hi! there's a limitation on Google play where you need to be on the same account you join the beta program selected already in the play store app. After joining the google group, can you make sure that before opening the store listing? I think that might be the case here.

I’ve always struggled with the gap between Android and macOS. AirSync looks like the bridge we’ve been missing!

Sameera Wijerathna
@christyfea Thanks! Was inspired by existing tools and their limitations too, So I wanted to make the perfect native solution for it.

At least someone has thought of that!

@sameerasw I’m currently unable to download the software, but I would like to understand its functionality from an accessibility tester’s perspective.

Sameera Wijerathna
@kehinde_ojo1 Hi! thanks for reaching out... in brief, the app's functionality is to provide the mentioned features making the Android device work well with the mac just like an iPhone would do, as an example, it will sync Android's notifications to the mac in real time and will allow to interact with them directly. Also the Android mirroring feature will work quite same to what iPhone mirroring does allowing to remotely access the phone and also we can open a notification to directly launch the respective app in the mirroring as streaming the app from Android to mac. also as extra features, it shows the currently playing music, allows volume controls, provides a bit similar feature to the Apple's universal clipboard allowing to share text in-between devices. file transfer is possible but currently in work. Being native apps on both platforms, my main target was to have the feeling of being a native app also sacrificing close none performance or smoothness unlike cross-platform apps. On accessibility side, currently working on improving adding button hints, giving in-app instructions, adding user flows and such.

Congrats on the launch! The cross-device features look super handy. Is clipboard sharing seamless even for large files or images between Android and Mac?

Congrats on the launch!!! The connectivity gap between Android devices and macOS no longer exists! I believe many people will use it.

Sameera Wijerathna
