Product looks awesome in every aspect, although I can't think of any non-single design team being able to justify 79USD/mo per seat to be able to collaborate. Maybe you could try with a more accessible 5 editor seats plan and charge for additional ones? Just a thought, hope this product makes it big!

Thanks, @capo_saric and apologies for a late response! Producthunt has not been top of mind lately. Unforgivable.. Pricing is hard and I'm working my way through trial and error. What would you suggest as a fair price? As a short explanation for the pricing now: For a small team, its often OK to have one editor and the rest of the team as viewers/commenters (20 included). That count as one seat.

Hi @scottwwilliams! Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Username/password is not available yet. I'm a bit uncertain wether to implement it or not. U/P is less secure than login providers and you will get collaboration when the team plan is available. This will be more expensive so I understand why one want to share U/P of course. I think the Team Plan will cost $79 pr seat. Is this an option for you and your team? Thanks for your feedback!

@scottwwilliams @david_brabrand Hey David! Just played too and noticed the same issue as Scott. For my perspective, $79 a seat is way too much - as I would like to make our journeys accessible to many people in the company to see. Paying $1000/m for everyone to access this is more than we would be paying for anything else. $79 total (say up to x amount of seats before you hit enterprise level) would be much more appealing.

@david_brabrand - I signed up for the 7-day trial but it appears that the only option is single-user auth via Google, Facebook or MS, which is problematic because there's no way to share the login w/ a team member. Understand that it's in beta - and love the idea - but the way account set up is handled, it's untenable for me (and my team) to use.

Hi hunters:) Here is my baby finally seeing the light of day. The product is targeted at companies with customers (that's about ... everyone) and agencies working on design, interaction, strategy, communication etc. The approach is to get a firm grip on how you are doing things today; the actual communication and all the different scenarios the customers can end up with. Next step is to design how the future should look like. Test communication and scenarios before they are implemented.
