I built this because most hiring tools have two problems: candidate data gets sent to someone else’s servers, and you get a score with no explanation of why.
What it does
Parses resumes and extracts skills and experience using NLP
Ranks candidates with explainable scores, so you can see why someone ranked where they did
Runs proctored technical interviews using MediaPipe
Generates offer letters automatically
How it’s different
Local-first: it runs on your PC, and candidate data stays on your machine
Your choice of model: use Ollama locally, or cloud models like Gemini and OpenAI, and switch any time

Small teams, startups, and college placement cells that want to screen candidates without paying for or trusting a cloud ATS.
