A lot of teams use ChatGPT, Claude, or Codex for real project work, but the context usually stays trapped in chat: - decisions get buried - unresolved items get treated as settled - next steps become vague - every new session has to reconstruct the project again AI Project Pack is a public single-repo operating pack that keeps: - current truth - decisions - pending items - next actions - sources - append-only update logs The goal is simple: start every new AI session from the same operating surface instead of rebuilding context from memory. It is not a SaaS, not a memory layer, and not an autonomous manager. The product is the repository itself.
