Business OS connects the core systems of a small business CRM, sales, projects, tasks, finances, team, KPIs, and operations in one Notion workspace. What makes it different is the AI layer: instead of generic AI, it can work from your connected business context to help find answers, surface what needs attention, and support better decisions.
Hey Product Hunt! š
I'm Adnan, founder of Productive Club.
I started Productive Club by building productivity systems in Notion. Over the last few years, I've built systems for hundreds of people and businesses, and I kept noticing the same problem:
The business information people need is scattered everywhere.
Clients in one place.
Sales in another.
Projects and tasks somewhere else.
Finances in spreadsheets.
Important decisions buried across all of it.
So I built Business OS to bring those pieces together.
It connects:
ā CRM & clients
ā Sales pipeline
ā Projects & tasks
ā Finance
ā Team & KPIs
ā Marketing & operations
But the part I'm most excited about is what happens when all that information is connected.
AI can now work with the context of the business instead of giving you another generic answer.
For example, you can ask questions about your projects, clients, finances, sales pipeline, or what needs attention and get answers based on the information already inside your workspace.
That's the idea behind Business OS:
Your business already has the answers. Business OS gives AI the context to find them.
I'm launching it here because I want to get it in front of more real business owners and learn what we should build next.
If you run a small team, agency, consultancy, or service business:
What would you want an AI-powered Business OS to help you with?
I'd genuinely love to hear your thoughts.
