AI Meeting Assistant is a bot-free Chrome meeting copilot. Before a recurring meeting, it brings back the latest summary and open action items. During the call, it transcribes the conversation and surfaces key points, decisions, and next steps live. Afterward, every Google Meet, Zoom, and Teams conversation remains searchable and ready for follow-up.

Hey Product Hunt 👋
I built AI Meeting Assistant because taking notes was making me worse at the actual meeting. I was either typing instead of listening or trying to reconstruct decisions and follow-ups afterward.
Most meeting assistants solve this by sending another bot into the call and producing notes after it ends. I wanted something lighter and more continuous: a Chrome extension that helps before, during, and after every meeting — without requiring everyone to accept a bot participant.
AI Meeting Assistant can:
• prepare you for a recurring meeting with its latest summary and open action items;
• transcribe Google Meet, Zoom Web, and Microsoft Teams in real time;
• surface a live summary, key decisions, and action items;
• keep past meetings searchable;
• export notes and prepare follow-up emails;
• get started without requiring an account.
It is already used by 265 people, supports 52 languages, and has a 5.0 rating in the Chrome Web Store.
I’d especially love your feedback:
1. What context would be most useful before a recurring meeting?
2. Do you find live summaries useful, or mostly care about the final record?
3. Which integration should we build next: Slack, Notion, Linear, or a CRM?
I’ll be here to answer every question. Thanks for taking a look!
