honestly the verbatim quote thing is super useful for our hiring loop, but it would be great if you could also export the full interview transcript as a PDF or shareable link for the hiring manager. right now we end up copy pasting chunks into slack and it kind of kills the flow

You raise a fair point on the transcript. Copy-pasting into Slack breaks the workflow, and a full transcript export as a PDF plus a shareable link for the hiring manager would solve that cleanly. I've added it to our roadmap.
