Everyone's taking about AI agents. Your competitor just shipped one. The FOMO is real — but so is the risk of picking the wrong one. AgentFit cuts through the noise. It evaluates AI agents against your actual business needs — your workflows, your compliance requirements, your infrastructure — and tells you which agent is genuinely right for you, and why. Open source. Framework-agnostic. No vendor lock-in. Built by RecruitBase.

Hey Product Hunt 👋 — Arnaud here, founder of RecruitBase.
RecruitBase started with a simple belief: hiring decisions should be structured and objective, not gut-feel. We built tools to help companies evaluate human candidates fairly — structured interviews, scoring rubrics, culture fit assessments.
But while talking to the teams using RecruitBase, we kept hearing a second problem: "We know we need to adopt AI agents. We just don't know which one is right for us." They weren't asking which agent scored highest on a benchmark. They were asking which agent would actually work inside their specific workflow, under their compliance requirements, with their tools.
That question didn't have a good answer. So we built one.
AgentFit applies the same philosophy we used for human hiring — structured evaluation, objective scoring, clear rationale — to AI agent procurement. You define your requirements. AgentFit evaluates any agent against them across 7 dimensions and tells you, with explanations, which one fits.
It's fully open source (Apache 2.0). Bring your own agent — OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or custom. No data leaves your environment.
Would love your feedback, especially if you've faced the "which agent do we actually use?" decision at your company. What made it hard?
