Interesting take, I like the human-in-the-loop approach. Although AI replies might be tempting and going full auto, this seems like a lot better alternative. I just wish you had a free plan for makers that don't have so many mentions monthly, just to get started 😄

@ralic Thank you! We share the same perspective regarding making sure we were a human-in-the-loop solution. Regarding a long term free plan, being a small team we thought it'd be difficult to support this long term. Our underlying infrastructure isn't cheap. However, this is top of mind, and we'll look into ways to potentially support a free plan further down the line. What would such a free plan look like to you? Access to a single social media channel? Access to all? Fewer keywords / mentions?

@ohansemmanuel I guess fewer keywords (app name) is sufficient 😄 When someone is small getting info whenever someone mentions them can be super valuable. If you're only talking about infrastructure costs, make sure to checkout Microsoft for Startups and AWS startup programs. There's a ton of free infrastructure for grabs 😄 But I'm really not sure if this is the case with you guys and take everything with the grain of salt, I guess you might have API costs for different social networks as well, so that can add up pretty quickly, and in that case I agree 1000% you should continue with the current plan, or think about BYOK mechanism (everyone uses their own free tier)

This tool looks like it's taking marketing to the next-level - I mean why do people even bother to try to compete against AI when something like this exists! Opens the vast world of the internet to the user so easily, I think that CRANQ (our product) could even benefit from this!!

Tried it out, and it's very promising. Fast onboarding, clean dashboard, clear flow. I'll monitor next few days to see incoming mentions, but this looks like an excellent marketing tool. I particularly love the fact that no extension is needed. Connecting your socials accounts either. And this is huge, to me. Suggested replies are more than decent and often don't require any editing or minor at worst. One suggestion: add bio description of poster and followers data where applicable, on mouseover. Supported!
