Not because they don't want to connect, but because there's never been a simple, organic way to do it. The existing solutions are all top-down and HR-driven. Really like how it's all employee-led instead of forced by HR. Tried it with a few coworkers and we ended up at a trivia night none of us would've found otherwise.
