Our parents aren't up to date on our traditional and non-traditional investments ( including crypto) and would have no idea where to even begin. Upon doing some research, we realized that writing a will is a complex and inflexible process involving expensive lawyers. This is why most Indians don't have a will. In a lot of cases, the absence of a will leads to family disputes, years-long legal processes and lost access to key financial holdings of the person who passed away. any special reason why do u keep referring to "Indians" rather than "people"? I guess "people" might have this need, not just "Indians". Are u planning to structure your service on top of special indian-specific laws and regulations?
