I'm delighted to share that advaise.app is live! It's an AI-powered tool to manage people, proposals and projects for professional services firms (agencies, consultancies, etc). When I started my own AI consulting company three years ago, I wanted to spend as much time as possible working with clients (what I enjoy) and as little time as possible on admin (which I'm not good at and I can't bill clients for). Being an AI consultant, I started playing with AI to automate (or at least streamline) as many admin tasks as I could. Over time, my efforts allowed us to replace our CRM and Project Management tool with the app that I had built, saving us money and time. I asked a couple of mates who also run their own small-medium consulting business if they wanted to try the app and they couldn't get it fast enough! Unsurprisingly, they had a lot of requests for more features so I hired a small team to help me add capabilities. We've decided to name the app "Advaise" - a combination of the verb "advise" and "ai" (pronounced like the former). We launched it in May as a SaaS product, making it available to other small-medium professional services companies interested in automating/streamlining non-billable work and replacing more expensive tools. It's my first SaaS launch so I'm not sure what to expect. I'm mildly confident, as we've co-developed the app with customers and currently use it in my consulting firm. We already have more than 20 customers, although these are people who I know so we still haven't landed on a scalable approach to marketing and onboarding. I'd be very grateful for feedback from this community (which I'm also new to). If interested, you can try it for free at www.advaise.app.
