AddressVerify

I built AddressVerify because I couldn't find an API to verify residential property types and market values for the home service leads I was buying. Without it, I was burning money on unqualified leads—my providers had no way to filter for the right home types, so I was paying for leads that would never convert. After building AddressVerify and integrating it into my workflows, my co-founder and I saw lead quality improve dramatically. We cut wasted spend and increased conversions significantly. When we shared it with partners in the home services space, they had the same reaction—this was the missing piece in their lead qualification process.
