I m one of the makers of Address Validation iO, a Shopify app that helps prevent failed deliveries by catching address errors before fulfillment.
It started out of frustration with customer service tickets caused by typos and undeliverable addresses. Since launch, we've helped stores cut down support time, refunds, and shipping costs.
