Type what you need. Hold Acti Bar. Acti understands your intent and brings back the right result, link, or action - right where you are. Use Acti for live sports schedules, nearby restaurants, Notion docs, LinkedIn profiles, Meet links, Calendar actions, and custom workflows - without leaving the conversation.

how does it decide which app to pull from when there are overlapping results, like if a restaurant is in both Maps and Notion?
Acti
@kerim1390113 The case you brought up will currently require 2 separate skills which connect to 2 different apps: Maps and Notion, so that you can pull out the right result from the right source.

How does Acti actually figure out which Notion doc or Calendar event I mean when I just type something vague like "that meeting tomorrow"? Does it learn from my habits over time?
Acti
@asiyekahra13396 There are 2 separate skills in your case like N for 'pull notion doc' and C for' calendar invite'. So you get to decide which skill or apps you wanna use.

The most impressive thing for me wasn't a complicated automation. It was using ACTI to pull up and send information without breaking the rhythm of a conversation. It sounds small but it changes the feel of communication quite a bit.
Acti
@wenjun_shi Thank you Wenjun, a shift or break of thought can be really annoying. I lost track of my thought quite often frankly from context switching. Now Acti is here to help
Acti
@wenjun_shi Exactly. That “not breaking the rhythm” part is what we care about most.
The goal isn’t to make every workflow feel overly automated. It’s to help you stay in the conversation and bring the right info, link, or action back to where you’re already typing.
how does it handle context switching between all those different apps without getting confused on what I actually want
Acti
@medined46272 A skill is created where you specify the input source, what you want your output to be and which app you need to connect to get the right result. So when u actually use that skill, you will get the result without switching app, so that you wouldn't get confused! This is the whole idea of how Acti keyboard works

how does it decide which result to pull when multiple apps could handle the same request like a calendar event vs a notion doc?
Acti
@habibeyzrl Great question! In most cases, the user has already chosen a specific Skill, so Acti knows the intended context. For example, if you trigger the Calendar Skill, it'll create or retrieve calendar-related information, whereas the Notion Skill will work with your Notion content. That way, Acti doesn't have to guess between multiple apps.
How does Acti avoid opening the wrong document or calendar event when multiple items have similar names?
Acti
@ella_reyes1 great question, it depends on the skill but generally it gives you the most matching result
I've mostly been using ACTI for lazy tasks I normally avoid because they interrupt flow too much. Stuff like finding links, checking quick info, or sending locations. It removes just enough friction to matter
Acti
@shirley_mou Thank you! That's exactly the kind of experience we hope to create. Those small interruptions happen so often throughout the day, and reducing that friction can make a surprisingly big difference over time. Glad to hear Acti has been helpful!
