Hey Product Hunt 👋
I'm Isidore. With my co-founder Mathéo, we kept running into the same founders over and over: brilliant product, clean code, real problem solved... and zero users.
Not because the product was bad.
Because nobody ever taught them distribution.
We used to hand-build acquisition plans for these founders.
Same questions every time:
who exactly should you target?
Which channel first?
What do you actually do on Monday morning?
So we turned our method into a tool.
Here's how it works:
You paste your SaaS URL and answer a few quick questions (2 minutes).
We read your site and your real competitors like a strategist would.
Not generic ChatGPT ideas. A real methodology, built from what worked across 500+ SaaS, applied to YOUR site, YOUR market, YOUR competitors.
You can see a full sample report here before you try it: https://www.acquisition-saas.com/en/example
Your feedback is exactly why we're launching here.
I'll be here all day answering everything. Roast the report, tell me where it's wrong, ask me anything about distribution for your own SaaS. That's exactly why we're here.
Here's what I'd really love from you today, run it on your own SaaS, then tell me straight.
Did it actually get your ICP right?
Was the channel it picked the one you'd have bet on?
Where did it nail it, and where is it off?
Was it genuinely useful, or just interesting?
Congratulations on the launch! I tried the free report for my product (a values-clarification guide). On channels, both matched what we already do: the B2B pick is the strategy we run, and for B2C it picked Reddit, where we're active too. So it lined up with my own bet. Where it really nailed it: the competitor map was accurate and the customer profile and where to find them were close to the persona I actually target. Where it's a bit off: a few tactics lean more aggressive than suits us (viral share-image loops, or "cite scientific studies for credibility") - not quite our style. One small thing to flag: my PDF came out in a mix of French and English and downloaded twice, though the online version was fully in English.
