more.
I like how AccessFlow keeps software requests, approvals, and access tracking in one place. It makes it easier to see who has access to what and can also help teams find unused licenses instead of paying for software they no longer need.
What needs improvement
I’d like to see more integrations with popular SaaS tools so access can be managed directly from AccessFlow. More detailed reports for license usage and software spending would also be helpful.
vs Alternatives
Before AccessFlow, I would consider using Slack, email, or spreadsheets to handle software requests. They can work for smaller teams, but it becomes harder to keep everything organized as the company grows.
We use AccessFlow to streamline and automate our internal and external software access requests, contractor onboarding, and cloud infrastructure permissions.
What needs improvement
While the native integrations are excellent, the initial configuration wizard can feel a bit overwhelming due to the sheer volume of advanced features. A slightly more simplified onboarding path for smaller, less complex teams would be a great addition.
vs Alternatives
The platform is fantastic because its AI-driven automation and self-service portal completely eliminate the manual bottleneck of managing user permissions. It integrates seamlessly with major enterprise systems like Azure Active Directory and SAP, giving us clear visibility over role-based access control (RBAC) and compliance while drastically cutting down our IT ticket processing times
