Hey everyone,
I’m the founder of 𝘼𝙘𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙁𝙡𝙤𝙬 and I built it after noticing a surprisingly mundane problem inside growing companies:
Getting access to software is often still handled through Slack messages, emails, and scattered approvals.
Someone needs Notion.
Someone needs GitHub.
Someone needs a new SaaS tool.
Someone leaves the company.
And suddenly IT has to remember:
➊Who approved this?
➋Who actually has access?
➌Is this license still being used?
➍What needs to be revoked?
➎Why are we still paying for this?
That might sound trivial with 10 employees.
At 100+ employees, it becomes a recurring operational headache and small forgotten subscriptions quietly turn into wasted spend.
So I decided to build AccessFlow.
It gives teams one place to request, approve, provision and revoke software access, while keeping a record of who has access to what.

@alina_chaudhry The access request and approval flow looks really useful. Having everything in one place can make things much easier for IT teams.
@alina_chaudhry The idea of keeping a full record of who has access to what is really useful, especially as a team grows. It could also make offboarding much easier instead of having to check different tools and messages manually.
@alina_chaudhry @mishaal_rashid The license waste part really stood out to me. It’s easy to lose track of subscriptions when a company keeps adding new tools. Having everything visible in one place could make it much easier to spot unused licenses.

@alina_chaudhry @mishaal_rashid How are you handling unused licenses right now? Can admins quickly see which licenses haven’t been used for a while and decide what to revoke?
