Hi Product Hunt! We spent the last couple of months interviewing dozens of customer success leaders to learn about what makes teams great. We kept hearing the same message over and over again - great teams put their processes in playbooks. However, most teams didn't have great systems in place for running their playbooks; they were in Notion and Google docs, recorded in GitHub, or big checklists in Excel. We took what we learned from them and built Playbooks into Abbot! Abbot's Playbooks make it easy for teams to define their processes using a simple editor and automate a lot of the robotic work their people had to do manually before. We're really excited to share Playbooks with you and we hope that you will try it out!

Hi Product Hunt! As @pmn mentioned, Playbooks are great for automating a lot of the robotic work that goes into supporting your Customers. However, with a powerful tool like that, it can be challenging to know where to start. We've put together a series of guides on how to leverage Playbooks for common scenarios. We'll be adding more guides as we go. The latest one shows how to request approval from your team before taking an automated step. As much as we love automation, we also know there are times to get a thoughtful human involved. Enjoy!

Congrats on the launch! We just tested the "inactive customer" playbook--it's magic. Set it up in a few minutes, and started sending out check-ins a few minutes later. This is exactly what we were looking for and another reason Abbot's been such a game-changer for us.
