Construction companies run each site on paper registers, WhatsApp voice notes and an office spreadsheet. Once they have two or three jobs, the owner can't say what's owed, what's been spent, or which job is losing money until it's too late to fix.

Hey Product Hunt 👋
I'm [your name] from detSol, the team behind Aaghaz360. Aaghaz means "beginning".
The problem: most small and mid-size construction companies run their business the way they ran their first house. Each site keeps a paper register, approvals happen on phone calls and WhatsApp voice notes, supplier balances sit in an account book, and wages get worked out on Saturday from memory.
That works for one site. By the third, simple questions take a round of phone calls, and the answers don't agree. How much cash do we really have? What do we owe suppliers? Is this job over budget? Usually the job that's losing money only shows up after handover, when it's too late to fix.
What Aaghaz360 does: it puts projects, purchasing, site stores, labour and money in one workspace that every site and the office write to.
A material request on site becomes an approved order, then a counted delivery, a matched bill and a payment, and each step lands on that project's budget
Site staff fill in the daily log on their phones
A store on every site, with transfers between sites
Daily-wage labour and subcontractors get paid against approved records
Every morning the owner sees one screen with cash, what's owed in both directions, and which jobs are late or over budget, worst first
What's different:
Every package includes every module and unlimited users. Packages differ only by how many projects you're running.
Approvals are set by amount, and every step records who did it and when
It's built for a phone on site, not just a desk in the office
What it doesn't do yet: no CRM, no direct connection to accounting software (you export to CSV for your accountant), and no BIM or critical-path scheduling.
Pricing: free for one project, with no time limit. Paid packages start at $149 a year per company, and there's no setup fee.
If you run a construction company or work with one, I'd love to hear how you keep track of all this today, and what would stop you from switching.
