Most habit apps start with big plans: drink water, meditate, read, journal, stretch... Then life happens. You miss a day, fall behind and suddenly you’re not tracking anything. ‘a habit’ helps you pick one habit and stick with it.

Quick backstory: I made this in my spare time for myself first. January last year, I had 8 habits in another app. By February I had zero.
This year I tried tracking just one thing - exercise. It stuck. So I turned that idea into this app.
Would love your feedback. And curious - what's the one habit you'd pick?
congrats on the launch! I like bold ideas and coming back to minimalism - not in design, but in life. sometimes, really, all you gotta do is stop chasing million of things and focus on just one. one habit, one step at a time. I wish you continuing success with a habit!
p.s. I'd also pick exercising for now so it finally finds its permanent spot in my routine!
