9 Cards is a non-intrusive Android launcher, we don't force you to replace your existing Android experience like most standalone launchers. 9 Cards organizes your apps into smart categories and allows quick access to those apps through some simple gestures. You're the man, @justinelsberry. :) There are sooo many Android launchers available now (read: heavy competition). Why did you decide to enter the market?

@rrhoover There is a lot of competition in the space. The biggest problem we were seeing with the current launchers is they force you to replace your existing experience on your lock screen, your home screen, etc. This usually means that you try out a new launcher, use it for a few days and maybe you don't like a specific feature so you uninstall it and try out the next launcher that comes along. With 9 Cards you can augment your existing launcher (stock, Nova, Aviate, etc) and still benefit from the 9 Cards app organization, the community for discovering new apps, etc. That being said, with the feedback we are getting to date, we will most likely offer an option in a future release to completely replace your existing launcher.
