You'll see real-time communication between development and design teams, along with updates on the current state of the project. @mashy apologies as I missed this earlier. We use a unique framework called "bone and organs to makeup" to tackle tasks efficiently. We view each task as building a human from scratch: Initial Call (if needed): We start with a call to identify how we can help. Task Assignment: Two teammates pick the task and work on it together. If design is needed, the developer shares the end state, and design runs in parallel, all within the first 24 hours. Testing and Demo: We conduct thorough testing and a demo to ensure the features work as intended. Final UI Integrations: Once approved, we proceed with the final UI integrations to match the expected results. Animations and Micro-Interactions: If there's a need for animations and micro-interactions, they are added on the last day. Our process prioritizes features first (bone + organs), looks second (skin), and fancy elements last (makeup). This structured approach ensures we deliver robust and visually appealing products efficiently.
